Smith Mills Preschool consists of a team of dedicated professionals working together to meet the goals and philosophy of our school. All our teachers have previous teaching experience and are Massachusetts EEC certified teachers.  Many of our teachers have additional certifications and advanced degrees.

All teachers are required to have current CPR and First Aide certification in addition to outside training /education annually. Our entire faculty undergoes a hiring process which includes but is not limited to a resume and interview screening, personal and professional reference checks, and an extensive background record check consisting of fingerpringing, CORI, SORI, DCF, and NSOR checks.
